How did it start?

At the end of 1999, my wife started attending Bikram classes.

The most amazing things happened to her over the first two weeks she started.

With results that fast, I had to try it for myself!

3 classes and 3 days later and I couldn't believe how good I was feeling!

10 classes later I was a different person. Feeling stronger and much more flexible - and incredibly, an all round great mood and sense of happiness appeared out of nowhere! The 'pudge' had fallen away and muscle definition was quickly appearing.
